? ? ? ?全國文明單位、國家臨床重點專科建設(shè)單位——福建省腫瘤醫(yī)院位于福州市晉安區(qū)福馬路420號，醫(yī)院占地面積9.37萬平方米，建筑面積18.71萬平方米，醫(yī)療用房13.57萬平方米，是福建省唯一的集預(yù)防、醫(yī)療、康復(fù)、科研、教學(xué)和培訓(xùn)于一體的三級甲等腫瘤醫(yī)院。在歷屆省委、省政府和各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及社會各界的關(guān)心支持下，醫(yī)院于1979年籌建，1984年收治病人，1986年11月12日正式掛牌開院，1997年被國家衛(wèi)生部評為三級甲等腫瘤醫(yī)院，1998年被國家衛(wèi)生部批準(zhǔn)為“衛(wèi)生部臨床藥理實驗基地”，2013年被國家衛(wèi)生計生委確認為腫瘤科國家臨床重點專科建設(shè)項目，放射治療科、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合科被列為省級重點專科建設(shè)項目。2001年成立省腫瘤研究所合署辦公。2016年成為福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院，2017年被列入福建省高水平癌癥醫(yī)學(xué)中心建設(shè)單位，2018獲首批全國消化腫瘤MDT培訓(xùn)示范中心、中國醫(yī)師協(xié)會腹腔鏡外科醫(yī)師培訓(xùn)基地、全國難治性疼痛規(guī)范化診療示范基地等，近幾年連續(xù)獲復(fù)旦版全國最佳專科（腫瘤學(xué)）排行榜提名醫(yī)院、華東區(qū)腫瘤學(xué)專科榜第五名等。福建省癌癥中心、福建省腫瘤防治研究辦公室、福建省抗癌協(xié)會、福建省醫(yī)學(xué)會腫瘤學(xué)分會、福建省醫(yī)學(xué)會放射腫瘤學(xué)分會、福建省腫瘤放射治療質(zhì)量控制中心、福建省腫瘤化學(xué)治療質(zhì)量控制中心、福建省核學(xué)會、福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)腫瘤醫(yī)院臨床及專業(yè)教研室和中國抗癌協(xié)會鼻咽癌專業(yè)委員會均掛靠在福建省腫瘤醫(yī)院。? 　　經(jīng)過30多年的努力，醫(yī)院在醫(yī)療技術(shù)、設(shè)備、服務(wù)、環(huán)境、人才培養(yǎng)、醫(yī)療管理和醫(yī)院文化建設(shè)等方面都取得了跨越式發(fā)展。醫(yī)院編制床位1600張，年收治腫瘤病人7萬余人次，設(shè)有31個臨床科室、27個病區(qū)、11個醫(yī)技科室和14個腫瘤基礎(chǔ)研究室（2個省級重點實驗室）。現(xiàn)有職工2018人，衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員1654人，其中正高職稱76人，副高職稱159人，博士、碩士319人，教授、副教授43人，博士、碩士生導(dǎo)師40人，享受國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家6人。? 　　醫(yī)院重視學(xué)科建設(shè)發(fā)展，提高管理水平，強化腫瘤綜合治療和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，形成了以腫瘤外科治療、腫瘤放射治療、腫瘤內(nèi)科治療、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療、生物治療、射頻消融治療、介入治療和熱療等為特色的規(guī)范化腫瘤多學(xué)科綜合治療體系。近年來，醫(yī)院完成科研課題160多項，其中，國家級項目19項，省（部）級項目73項，廳級項目56項。獲省部級和省級相關(guān)行業(yè)科技成果獎90多項。發(fā)表醫(yī)學(xué)論文2800多篇。主編出版《常見惡性腫瘤綜合治療指南與實施》、《福建省腫瘤登記報告》、《鼻咽癌》、《腹膜后腫瘤》、《頭頸部腫瘤放射治療》、《福建省胃癌高發(fā)現(xiàn)場病因研究》、《福建省惡性腫瘤地圖集》、《常見惡性腫瘤病理組織學(xué)與免疫組織化學(xué)彩色圖譜》等10多部專著。主辦和承辦了全國胃腸腫瘤微創(chuàng)外科高峰論壇暨胃腸腫瘤腹腔鏡手術(shù)新進展學(xué)習(xí)班、全國肝癌學(xué)術(shù)大會、近距離放射治療國際會議、全國鼻咽癌學(xué)術(shù)大會、全國肺癌學(xué)術(shù)大會、全國癌癥康復(fù)與姑息治療醫(yī)學(xué)大會、全國腫瘤化療學(xué)習(xí)班、全國腫瘤醫(yī)院管理學(xué)術(shù)研討會等70多次國際和全國腫瘤學(xué)術(shù)研討會。? 　　在深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的新形勢下，醫(yī)院立足自身實際，率先進行了人事制度崗位設(shè)置、主診醫(yī)師負責(zé)制診療運行模式、內(nèi)部流程管理優(yōu)化、績效工資分配制度等一系列醫(yī)院內(nèi)部管理制度的改革，提升了醫(yī)院管理水平和服務(wù)能力，有效改善了群眾就醫(yī)體驗。 　　Profile of Fujian Provincial Cancer Hospital? 　　Overview? 　　Fujian Provincial Cancer Hospital (FPCH), one of the leading institutions in promoting socialist ethical progress, is situated at 420 Fuma Road, Jin’an District of Fuzhou. Neighbored to the downtown area in the west and Gushan Scenic Spot in the east, FPCH covers an area of 94,000 square meters, with a floor space of 195,000 square meters. FPCH is the only Triple-A cancer hospital in Fujian (3A Hospital, an award for top class hospitals according to the evaluation system of Ministry of Health, P. R. China) with an integrated system of medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, training, cancer prevention and rehabilitation.? 　　Development and Management? 　　The idea of establishing FPCH was first mooted in 1979. With the support from leaders, people of all walks of life as well as from different levels of provincial government, FPCH began to practice cancer curative activities from 1984 and was formally established on 12th November, 1986. In 1997, it was awarded as a “Triple-A Cancer Hospital” by Ministry of Health, PRC，and in 1998, it was authorized as “The Pilot Base of Clinical Pharmacology” by Ministry of Health, PRC. In 2001, Fujian Provincial Institute of Oncology was established in FPCH.? 　　Throughout 30 years’ of efforts, FPCH has achieved a leapfrog development in its medical technology, equipment, service standard, environment, talent cultivation, medical management and cultural construction. At present, FPCH has 31clinical departments, 27 wards, 11 medical technological departments and 14 oncology laboratories. The total number of our employees reaches 2,018.
